Excellent customer service. New-fashioned, spotless rooms provided with a new view. Variety of exceptional food.

Clean venue with perfect and exceptionally nice location on reception when trying to book taxi. Very attentive and incredibly polite staff and attention to detail.

Fairly clean accommodation, lovely and wonderful staff on basic customer service. Tidy and absolutely brilliant room and exceptionally good view of superbly manicured gardens and beyond. Well presented meals with cool drinks.  

Amazing and beautiful location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed. This hotel was located in a very quite area.

It's an incredibly beautiful and fabulous hotel for a wedding ceremony in Blackwood. The room is bright and reasonably spacious and equipped with central heating, an iron, tea and coffee making equipment. There is an option of wake-up service 

The breakfasts were nice hot with tinned mushrooms and lovely Array food, for instance, couldn’t ask for anything better. Stayed in tidy and absolutely brilliant room with comfy beds.

All in all, it's upgraded place that has very attentive and incredibly polite staff on basic customer service. Make sure you stay in the family room on a large table.

Well laid out and extremely pleasant room overlooking garden. Really nice building, magnificent and absolutely perfect location close enough to restaurant and beautiful gardens with views towards the bridge over the Sirhowy River in Blackwood.
